Covid 19 safety information. 

Please feel free to wear a mask if you'd like to. Juliet and I are are fully vaccinated and we will be wearing a mask during your session, but right now we can greet you with our faces uncovered. We have become very spoiled not getting sick with anything and would love if we could continue this trend.
(And we can take a sip of coffee right before we see you and not breathe all over yes it benefits us in many ways, but it benefits you as well.)
We will still be keeping up with the same cleaning routine as always (even before the dreaded Covid) and the air purifiers will stay in the rooms. (I secretly love the air flow of those things)
I will be keeping the hour between clients as not everyone has been vaccinated and I want to keep that time for the purifiers to work for the unvaccinated people. As well as the time to sanitize the rooms in between clients. 
You no longer have to call or text prior to your appointment. But we will continue to have the door locked in between clients and the door will be opened about 10 minutes before your appointment time. 
In closing, let me please give a huge thank you to all who have supported us and just generally making our jobs and lives safe and going through this time with us. We are grateful for all of you.

Important information. Please read before booking:


All sessions are professional and therapeutic and we are both New York State Licensed Massage Therapists. There will be no sexual conduct or contact at any time between client and therapist. If any client behaves in a manner that violates our professional boundary the session will be ended and you will be told not to come back. We will also send you an email or formal written letter letting you know that you are no longer allowed to return to our business and the reason why. The Watervliet Police will also be informed of your behavior. We take our job very seriously and ask that you do as well. 


We are available for sessions by appointment only:

If you call for an appointment and we are unable to answer your call please make sure to leave a message including your name and best number to reach you. We will return your call as soon as we are able. Return call time is usually 24-48 hours. The best way to make an appointment is to book online or email any time request you may have.


We do not take same day appointments for new clients:

Because our days are carefully scheduled we are unable to accommodate same day appointments for new clients.


Cancelation and Refund Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:


Refunds: Any prepaid appointments that get canceled after scheduling will be refunded to the clients account to be used at a later date with no expiration. No refunds will be given after an appointment is completed. All payments are due at the time of the service or prepaid.


If you wake up sick: If you wake up with a cold or flu symptoms or have a fever and need to cancel the day of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will wave any cancellation fee but please don't reschedule until your illness has completely resolved. Please note the refund policy above.


Cancellations: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Prepaid appointments will be transferred as credit to clients account to be used at a future date with no expiration as stated in the refund policy above. 


No shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for their missed appointment. If you have never been here before and do not show up to your appointment, you will not be allowed to rebook. If you prepay for your appointment and do not show up, no refunds will be given. We always respect our clients by being on time and ready, we expect the same consideration from you.


Late Arrivals: If you arrive more then 15 minutes late for your session and you have not notified us via phone call or text your session may be canceled or rescheduled. We reserve the right to decide if there is time for a shortened session and regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to us and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
