This massage is all about deep relaxation, flow, and restoring calm to your nervous system and mind. It's not a “fix-it” or medical treatment session; instead, it's pure, divine relaxation — perfect for when your mind is overflowing and you need to unwind without too much detailed attention. If you're seeking pain relief, we recommend booking a Therapeutic Massage instead.

Before you think relaxation is just a luxury, know that this style of massage is like a soothing balm for your overworked brain and body. Your body already knows how to heal itself, and easing your nervous system is an important first step.

Massage reduces the adrenaline that fuels your racing thoughts. The more racing thoughts, the more tension builds in your body, which leads to more pain and stress. It’s a cycle that can be broken with this light-to-medium pressure session, focused on overall restoration and relaxation.

This massage is designed for those seeking relief from pain, whether it’s through a combination of “fix me” and relaxation techniques, or focused work on a specific issue. If you need targeted work to address pain, this is the session for you.

Each session is customized specifically for you at the time of your appointment, based on your unique needs. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all “massage routines” — your body is unique, so your treatment should be too. We use a variety of modalities to ensure the highest quality, personalized session, without making you choose between Swedish or Deep Tissue.

Chronic pain doesn’t just affect your body; it adds extreme stress and drains your energy. Don’t let pain and tension take a toll on you any longer.

Your session can include the use of various massage therapy modalities such as:

 

Cupping- Depending on your pain issues stationary vacuum cupping or medi cupping can be used. How can it help you? 

  • Decrease or relieve pain and inflammation from injury or chronic conditions.
  • Relieve deep muscular issues and reduces muscle spasms.
  • Release and soften scar tissue and loosen post-surgery adhesions.
  • Lift and stretch soft tissue to separate fascia and restrictions.
  • Increase range of movement and flexibility in joints.
  • Promote healthy circulation and open the energy flow of the body.
  • Move stagnation and enable normal lymphatic flow.

 

Medical Massage- Addressing a specific injury or area of pain.

Please call if you have an issue you would like to discuss and to see if massage can be helpful for you. If you have a doctors or physical therapist referral please call first so that we can make sure that we can have the proper paperwork ready for you at your appointment time. Although we do not take insurance we are happy to email you a receipt with the proper coding and tax information so that you can be reimbursed.   

Deep Tissue- For the tighter areas that need extra attention. Deep work does not have to painful. Extra care is taken to insure your comfort.

Neuromuscular Therapy-To release the trigger points that can form due to postural and overuse issues.

Muscle Energy Techniques-Active participation from the client may be required to help improve musculoskeletal function and improve pain.

Positional Release-A non-invasive and comfortable way to ease trigger points and stubborn tight muscles.

Abdominal Massage- Light abdominal work that can help with digestion issues or that 'knot in your gut' sensation that is triggered by stress. Abdominal work is not for everyone. We can talk about your symptoms and medical history and see if this treatment is a good option for you. Please mention that you are interested in abdominal massage at the time of your appointment.

Hot Stones- Warmed stones are sometimes used to loosen deeper layers of tissue, and get the body ready for deeper work. 

Cold Marble- Cooled marble can reduce inflammation in different areas of the body. These are great for reducing allergy and sinus issues. 

Hot Towels- They just feel great! Plus they add relaxing finish to any massage session.

 

 

 

 


    What can massage do for me?

  • It will reduce your feelings of stress, anxiety and depression and promote relaxation and may help decrease feelings of anger.
  • Massage increases the hormone levels of dopamine and serotonin which are your "Happy and Feel Good" hormones.
  • It will help to ease your insomnia, chronic fatigue and pain.
  • Eases your neck, shoulder and upper back tension. These can be the cause of chronic headaches.
  • Increases your range of motion in your chronically tightened joints.
  • Releases adhesions, scar tissue and nerve compression you may have from chronic tense and tightened muscles caused by stress.
  • Decreases your cortisol levels that inhibit your immune system from functioning properly. Massage will strengthen your immune system by increasing white blood cell count.
  • Relief of muscular tension, soreness and fatigue as well as reducing other aches and pains.
  • Abdominal massage can help with the 'knot in your gut' feeling that stress and anxiety can cause. It can also help relieve constipation, muscle spasms and tone underlying muscles. Heartburn is a common symptom of stress related disorders and may be caused by trigger points in the abdominal muscles.

If you’ve been feeling the effects of hours hunched over your phone, computer, or desk, you’re not alone. This session is designed to target those common aches and pains caused by poor posture, long hours of screen time, or a less-than-ideal desk setup.

We’ve helped so many clients find relief from stress headaches, migraines, and forward head posture — as well as those shoulders that seem to be climbing up to your ears. This targeted session works to release the tension built up in your neck and shoulders, giving you the comfort and relief you deserve.

If you're ready to stop feeling the toll of tech neck and give your body the care it needs, this is the perfect session for you.

This session is a medical massage focused specifically on the upper back, neck, and head.

Neck work gets its own focus here because it requires a level of detail and precision that simply can't be rushed. This specialized treatment is all about addressing the root of your issues, and it takes time to do it thoroughly — especially when it comes to working on tender trigger points and determining the right deep tissue pressure in the neck area. While there’s an element of relaxation, this session is not just about easing tension; it requires your active participation, particularly when we’re releasing tight spots.

Important note: If you're seeking focused work on the neck but want to include the rest of your body, we recommend our Therapeutic Massage session. Keep in mind, we may spend a significant amount of time working on your neck — so if you’d like a more comprehensive full-body massage, be sure to book a longer session to accommodate the work needed for both areas.

For the best experience, please wear your hair in a comfortable style, as we’ll likely be doing extensive head and scalp work. If you don’t want your hair to get messy, just let me know ahead of time, or choose a time when that won’t be a concern!

During this treatment, we focus on reflex points that correspond to various areas and organs in your body, bringing balance and relaxation.

This is an ideal choice for those who may not be able to tolerate full-body massage due to chronic illness or medical concerns.

It’s deeply relaxing and perfect for easing tired feet, releasing tightness in the lower legs, and hydrating dry, cracked heels. Plus, it gives your mind a much-needed break.
