The best time to receive a fertility massage is the 2 week period after menstruation has ended and ovulation begins.
Fertility Massage: A Holistic Approach to Support Your Journey to Parenthood
Fertility massage offers a relaxing and holistic way to enhance your chances of conceiving, with a proven track record of helping couples conceive naturally. Whether you've been struggling with conception, have faced challenges in the past, or are trying for your first or next baby, fertility massage can be a valuable part of your journey.
This technique is not only beneficial for those experiencing fertility issues but also works wonderfully as an adjunct therapy alongside medical treatments such as IUI and IVF. Depending on the treatments you are undergoing, the techniques used in your session may be tailored to support your specific needs. If you have any concerns or questions about the safety of massage during medical treatments, please consult your doctor.
A Key Component: Stress Relief
Fertility massage plays an important role in helping to reduce stress levels. Studies have shown a link between chronic stress and infertility in both men and women. The emotional and physical strain of trying to conceive can take a toll on your body, and prolonged stress and anxiety can disrupt your hormonal system. This disruption can impact ovulation, cervical fluid production, and the implantation of the embryo. In men, chronic stress can also affect sperm count and quality — so don’t forget to send your partner for a massage too!
Let us help you create a supportive, calming space for your body and mind as you navigate your fertility journey.
Nurturing Fertility Massage Sessions: A Holistic Approach to Support Your Journey
During these deeply nurturing sessions, I use specific massage techniques on the abdominal area designed to increase blood flow to the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes. These techniques help reduce scarring, pelvic adhesions, and tubal obstruction, providing your body with the support it needs during your fertility journey. Depending on your medical history, gentle cupping may also be included to enhance the treatment.
To help you create the right mental and emotional space, you can choose to incorporate a guided meditation designed to connect with your future baby. When the mind is aligned, the body can follow.
Your session also includes a variety of complementary therapies to further support your well-being:
Castor oil has long been used for its therapeutic benefits, helping to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and support the healing process by increasing circulation.
This session is a holistic approach to nourishing both your body and spirit during this transformative time.
When it comes to fertility, Castor Oil packs are a supportive and relaxing therapy for:
Massage therapy for fertility can also be used to treat Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, uterine fibroids, blocked fallopian tubes, ovarian cysts, and many other medical conditions that cause low fertility in women. Abdominal massage cupping and castor oil packs are an excellent treatment for these issues even if you are not trying to become pregnant.
Techniques used in your session help to strengthen your immune system, stimulate the balance of production of hormones, and improve the health of your lymphatic system.
The result? Increased opportunity of you conceiving!

Certified in Prenatal Massage — Supporting You Through Every Step of Your Journey
We love helping moms-to-be stay relaxed, comfortable, and stress-free during their pregnancy journey! Pregnancy can be an exciting, beautiful — and sometimes overwhelming — time. That’s why incorporating massage therapy into your prenatal care plan can be one of the best gifts you give yourself and your growing baby.
The Benefits Go Beyond Relaxation
Massage therapy during pregnancy isn’t just about feeling good (although that’s important too!). Regular massage can help improve overall prenatal health, enhance emotional well-being, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and even support a healthier pregnancy outcome. Along with the guidance of your prenatal care provider, massage can become an essential part of your emotional and physical self-care.
When Can You Start?
Women can safely begin massage therapy at any point during their pregnancy — in the first, second, or third trimester. Some prefer to wait until after the first trimester, but if your doctor gives the green light, massage can be a wonderful way to stay healthy, connected, and calm right from the start.
Taking care of your mind and body during pregnancy is so important, and we are honored to be a part of that journey with you.
Safety First
If you have any concerns, or if you are experiencing a high-risk pregnancy at any stage, please consult with your doctor to ensure massage is a safe option for you and your baby. Your health and your baby’s health are our top priorities.
Women who have recently experienced bleeding, pre-term contractions, or have any of the following conditions should speak with a health care provider prior to receiving a massage:

What to expect…
How pregnancy massage differs from regular massage…
First Trimester
Massage lying on your belly is fine as long as you are comfortable.
Only light work on your lower back and sacrum will be done as well as no abdominal work during this time. The rest of the body can be treated like a regular massage session.
Second and Third Trimesters
Your massage session is done while you are lying on your side with pillows and bolsters for supreme support. You may also be on your back using large comfortable wedges to support you in complete comfort.
Gentle massage on your abdomen can begin (unless you are having twins!) This is a very personal option and I always make sure to ask your preferences first.
Full pressure on your lower back is now safe.
Full care will be given to make sure you are not lying in any position for too long.
