Fertility Massage 90 Minutes 110.00
The best time to receive a fertility massage is the 2 week period after menstruation has ended and ovulation begins.
Fertility massage is a relaxing and holistic way to increase your chances of becoming pregnant and has a proven track record to help couples conceive naturally. This technique is great whether you have been having trouble conceiving, have had issues in the past or even if you have no issues and are trying to conceive your first or next baby.
Fertility massage is an excellent adjunct therapy to any medical based fertility treatments you may be trying including IUI and IVF. The techniques used in your session and may be altered slightly depending on the treatments you are receiving. If you have any questions about safety about any form of massage during medical treatments please consult your doctor.
Fertility massage has a very important role in helping to decrease your stress levels.
Studies have shown a link between chronic stress in both males and females and issues with infertility. Your road to pregnancy can be a stressful one. Dealing with prolonged stress and anxiety can block your attempts to become pregnant because high stress levels can disrupt your hormonal system which effects your ovulation timing, cervical fluid production, and implantation of the embryo. (Also affects sperm count and quality in men. Send your men for a massage too!)

During these wonderful, nurturing sessions I use very specific massage techniques of the abdominal area which increase the flow of blood to the uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes. These techniques help decrease scarring, pelvic adhesions, and tubal obstruction. Depending on your medical history, gentle cupping may also be done on your belly.
You can also choose to do a guided meditation to meet your new baby! Get the mind in the right place and the body will follow.
Your session will also include the use of a warm castor oil pack, reflexology, cranial sacral work, gentle stress relieving Swedish massage, acupressure and specially blended essential oils. Castor oil has been traditionally used to alleviate inflammation, pain, growths and the increase of circulation.
When it comes to fertility, Castor Oil packs are a supportive and relaxing therapy for:
Massage therapy for fertility can also be used to treat Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, uterine fibroids, blocked fallopian tubes, ovarian cysts, and many other medical conditions that cause low fertility in women. Abdominal massage cupping and castor oil packs are an excellent treatment for these issues even if you are not trying to become pregnant.
Techniques used in your session help to strengthen your immune system, stimulate the balance of production of hormones, and improve the health of your lymphatic system.
The result? Increased opportunity of you conceiving!

What to expect…
How pregnancy massage differs from regular massage…
First Trimester
Massage lying on your belly is fine as long as you are comfortable.
Only light work on your lower back and sacrum will be done as well as no abdominal work during this time. The rest of the body can be treated like a regular massage session.
Second and Third Trimesters
Your massage session is done while you are lying on your side with pillows and bolsters for supreme support. You may also be on your back using large comfortable wedges to support you in complete comfort.
Gentle massage on your abdomen can begin (unless you are having twins!) This is a very personal option and I always make sure to ask your preferences first.
Full pressure on your lower back is now safe.
Full care will be given to make sure you are not lying in any position for too long.
