Relax and enjoy a stress busting and intense muscle relaxing steam treatment followed by a customized massage session. Lie comfortably on the soft massage table and have complete privacy under the spacious steam canopy, allowing you time to deeply relax and unwind.
The head and neck are not heated during the treatment and cool packs are on the back of he neck and eyes, making it more comfortable and prevents the feeling of overheating. In just a few minutes the gentle warmth of the aromatic steam softens and loosens up all the muscle tissue and fascia.

What is the Steamy Wonder you ask?....The Steamy Wonder is a steam sauna placed on the massage table which surrounds your entire body while leaving your head exposed, keeping it cool using cold cloths and eye compress.
It is recommended to bring an extra set of bikini/briefs to wear during the session. While in the steam tent anything you are wearing will get wet.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Cannot be preformed on pregnant clients.
Due to the increase in cardiovascular activity brought on by heat, steam therapy is not recommended for those who have untreated high blood pressure or heart disease. If you have any cardiovascular problems and are unsure then please call or get a doctors permission before making an appointment.
No steam therapy for clients who are extremely frail, sick, or elderly.
Skin sensitivity: please let me know if your skin is sensitive to certain products.
If you have a question or concern that steam may compromise your health, please get a doctors permission first.
For best results:
1. Drink water before and after steam therapy for additional hydration. For the body to gain maximum detoxifying effects from the treatment, it is best to wait 20 minutes after the steam treatment before drinking. After 20 minutes, drink lots of water!
2. Your head will remain outside the canopy. Cold packs will be placed around the neck.
If you experience a headache, tiredness, dizziness, or any similar symptoms after your treatment, it is an almost certain sign of dehydration. It is best not to drink ice water; drink room temperature water instead. Please let me know if you have any of these symptoms before, during or after your treatment.
